How to use Alto with TouchRight

How to Use TouchRight with Alto:

Once you're connected to Alto, you're ready to start using it with TouchRight. Follow the steps below for how to use the integration.

1. Create an appointment in Alto
This is created as a "general appointment"
Select the inspector, date and time and the entry type.
Both the inspector and the entry type will have to be preconfigured in the connection stage in order for this to work properly

2. Synchronise the appointment to your device
This will either go straight to your device or will arrive at the dashboard (depending on your configuration).

If it comes into your dashboard:
Go to appointments > Manage appointments
Click the pencil icon next to the provisional appointment
Fill in the appointment details:
This will be sent to the inspectors device, just sync the appointment from here.

If it goes straight to your device:
Sync the appointment down from Alto

Click on the appointment and fill out the template and linking details:

Complete the report as usual.

3. Finalise the report on the dashboard or app
Once the report is finalised, the report will automatically sync back to Alto

4. The report in Alto
The report is stored in Alto under either "property documents", "tenancy documents", or both, depending on your configurations.
