CRM Appointment Sync Options

If your CRM system has been integrated with TouchRight to allow the sync of provisional appointments you have two options:

1. Sync to your TouchRight dashboard (default)

  • Login to TouchRight

  • Click on Appointments > Manage Appointments

  • Click ‘Sync with Back Office Provider’

  • Edit the appointment by selecting the pencil icon (Appointments>Manage) and select the report name and template. Remember to click ‘Save’.

It is now available to synchronise to the Inspector's mobile device to compile the report:

  • Login to the app

  • Tap Synchronise>Appointments (this will download all appointments scheduled for the next 7 days allocated to the person signed in to the app).

  • Tap the clip board to get started.

2. Sync to App

  • Navigate to Account>Settings in the TouchRight Dashboard and toggle the drop-down App Sync Provisional Appointments from the default 'Disabled' to 'Enabled' and tap the 'Save' button in the top right hand corner of the window.

  • Next run a regular sync appointments flow via the Appointments>Manage area of the dashboard and tap the Sync with Back Office Provider button. This only needs to be done the first time after enabling the setting.

    Moving forwards you can simply:

  • Login to the app, tap Synchronise>Appointments to download all appointments scheduled for the next 7 days allocated to the person signed in to the app.

  • Edit the appointment and choose the report name and template, tap 'Save'.

  • Proceed to compile your report via the clipboard.
