TouchRight Workflows: Alto Integration & Set Up

The integration is designed to remove unnecessary manual work from your day-to-day operations and streamline your inspection and reporting processes.


By connecting Alto with TouchRight, you can:

  • Automate data synchronisation – property, tenancy and appointment data sync instantly

  • Eliminate manual entry – reduce repetitive typing and minimise the risk of errors

  • Reclaim valuable admin time – significantly accelerate inspection and reporting workflows

  • Improve data accuracy – ensure full consistency across all reports

We offer a free month's trial to enable you to build a ROI use case. You can then decide to either disconnect or choose from the following:    

  • Monthly rolling subscription: £25 per month (+ VAT)

  • One-off payment for the lifetime of your account: £490 (+ VAT)


How to Connect:


Step 1: Install TouchRight in Alto


Login to your Alto Account as an Admin User

  • In Alto click on the Tools menu

  • Select Integrations to open the Integrations Marketplace

  • Locate TouchRight and click Tell me more

  • Click the Integrate button

  • Confirm you have an account with TouchRight

  • Review the branches to be included in the integration and amend as necessary

  • Click the Integrate button




Step 2a: Connect Alto in TouchRight 


Head to your account settings<Integrations and click on Alto


Step 2b: Configure your sync settings


You will be prompted to put in all the appointments you want pulled through from Alto and confirm when you are done.


Step 2c: Match existing properties


Go to your properties < Manage properties and click on “Match Properties” 


You will then be able to edit and confirm the property on TouchRight matches with the one in Alto


Step 2d: Link your user profiles


To link a user to their Alto account, go to Account Settings, then navigate to Users and click the pencil icon next to the relevant user to edit their details.


Within the user profile, locate the Back Office Provider Settings section. Select Alto as the provider, then enter the user’s Alto back office ID in the field provided.


Once you save these changes, the user will be successfully linked to their Alto account.



We will receive confirmation you've actioned this within Alto and will then reach out to you to complete the activation within your TouchRight account.
