Whether you're here for smoother inspections, faster reports, or fewer late nights catching up on admin, you’re in the right place.
If you're wondering what to do first, here’s a quick checklist to get you moving fast:
✅ Add your own address
Start with a property you know - your office or home. That way, you can explore without second guessing yourself.
✅ Pick a ready-made template
We’ve got templates for inventories, check-ins, mid-terms, check-outs, HMO, Decent Homes, and more. Choose one to test drive and get a feel for how everything flows.
Open the app, snap a few photos, write a comment, and hit ‘Complete’. Boom - that’s your first digital report done.
✅ Add your logo and colours
Head to Account > Settings and upload your logo, set your brand colour, and add your business address. Your branding will automatically show on all PDFs.
✅ Invite your team
If you’ve got staff or contractors, get them added early so they can learn the ropes too. Use Settings > Manage Users.
