Now that you've signed up for a TouchRight plan — nice one! — let’s make sure you’re getting the most out of it.

Here are 5 quick wins that’ll save time, cut admin, and make your reports look top notch:


🎨 1. Brand your reports
Add your logo, brand colour, and company address in Account > Settings. These details automatically appear on every report — no manual edits needed.

👥 2. Invite your team
Whether it's staff, clerks or contractors — add them to your account early. Use roles and permissions to control who sees and edits what.

Use our ready-made templates or build your own from scratch. Add rooms, change wording, set required fields — make it work your way.
