Here’s a quick breakdown to help you decide:

🎯 Option 1: All Inclusive
Best for: Letting agents or landlords managing multiple inspections per property throughout the year.

This plan gives you:

• Unlimited reports per property

• All templates included — from inventories to HMO and Decent Homes

• Ideal if you do 2–4+ inspections per property per year

• Scales as your portfolio grows

Example: You manage 50 properties and run mid-terms and check-outs every year. This plan saves you from worrying about limits or extra fees.

📦 Option 2: Monthly Lite
Best for: Clerks, inspectors, or agents doing one-off or ad hoc reports on lots of different properties.

This plan includes:

• 4 reports per month

• £2.50+VAT per extra report

• Perfect for freelancers or small teams

Example: You carry out reports across different addresses every week — but rarely go back to the same property. This plan gives you maximum flexibility at minimum cost.
