Set up a linked appointment to see what was said last time at a property

The 'linking' feature allows you to take the previous report information with you when completing your report, so that you can see what you said last time for comparison purposes.

Using this feature also enables you can produce a comparison PDF report which is useful for any tenancy disputes.

You should start scheduling your appointment as normal, and then when selecting your report template, if there is a previous report available for you to link to it will be noted in the 'Link' column. If there is more than one report available to link to, there will be a dropdown option. You should then select the check box if you want to link to that report. If there is no available report to link to, the checkbox will not be visible.

Please note: that the report you want to link to must be marked as 'final' in the system, plus you must use the same report template so that you are able to compare exactly like-for-like.

You can then choose either to 'Schedule Appointment for the App' or if you plan on making edits to the document before your appointment choose 'Create Report in Dashboard.

IMPORTANT: After making your edits in the dashboard you will need to use the lock to sync button and schedule an appointment before you can sync the report to the app.
