There are duplicate properties in my account. Can they be removed?

Duplicate property records can be deleted but please be aware...

Yes, you are able to delete duplicate properties in your account. However, if reports have been created against both property records then please email support@touchrightsoftware.com providing a list of the properties you wish to delete.

A member of the team will transfer the reports for you and remove the duplicates, to prevent any unnecessary report or data loss.
