I’m changing my bank account, how do I change my direct debit?

We use a payment system called GoCardless, and we don’t store any customer bank details for security purposes.

However it’s really easy to update. Simply contact us on 0208 344 9155 Opt 2 or accounts@touchrightsoftware.com and request that we remove your existing GoCardless details.

Once these have been deleted you will need to navigate to Account>Upgrade within your TouchRight Account, select the relevant plan and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new bank details.
