Setting Up 2FA for Your TouchRight Login

Whether your business has made 2FA optional, encouraged, or required, it's quick and easy to get started and adds an extra layer of security to your account.

🚀 How to Set Up 2FA

Log into your TouchRight account on the web.


  1. If 2FA is enabled or enforced, you’ll be prompted to set it up. 
  2. Choose your preferred authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy).
  3. Scan the QR code provided, or enter the key manually into your app.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm and complete the setup.

(Optional) Tick "Remember this device" if you'd like to skip the 2FA prompt on this browser for the next 30 days.


🔒 We recommend not using ‘Remember this device’ on shared or public computers.


2FA is Available for all accounts. If it's not set to Enforced or Encouraged, you as a user can still configure your own login directly in 'My Profile' on your dashboard.



🔁 Resetting Your 2FA

If you’ve changed phones or lost access to your authenticator app your Account Owner can reset 2FA for you from the Users area in their dashboard or alternatively, give our support team a call on 0208 344 9155 and they can do this for you.
