What information do we need to set up Microsoft Azure Single Sign On (SSO)?
In order to configure Microsoft SSO for your organisation, please ensure your IT team provides the following:
1. Enterprise App in Azure
- In Microsoft Entra ID → Enterprise Applications → New Application → Search “TouchRight” in the gallery.
- Some organisations may not need to do this if auto-provisioning is enabled, in that case, an admin will be prompted to approve the application on first use.
2. Tenant/Organisation ID
- Found in Microsoft Entra ID → Overview page → Tenant ID field (also called Organisation ID).
- Format: f81d4fae-7dec-11d0-a765-00a0c91e6bf6.
Once we have these details, our team will enable SSO in your account and notify when you can proceed to step 3:
3. User Object IDs
- For each TouchRight user, obtain their Object ID (from Microsoft Entra ID → Users → Overview).
- Add each ID into the relevant user's profile in TouchRight (Account>Users>[NAME]>Microsoft Azure SSO Details and tap save.
