MRI Sales & Lettings Integration Set-Up

TouchRight integrates with MRI Sales & Lettings, an intuitive sales and lettings solution for any agency with integrated sales, lettings, property management and accounting.

Once the two systems are connected property, landlord, tenant and appointment information will flow from MRI Sales & Lettings into TouchRight, without the need to duplicate information, saving admin time. Plus links to final reports will automatically be stored against the tenancy in MRI Sales & Lettings.

What does the connection allow?

MRI Sales & Lettings is an intuitive sales and lettings solution for any agency with integrated sales, lettings, property management and accounting.

  1. Property, landlord, tenant and appointment information will flow from MRI Sales & Lettings into TouchRight, without the need to duplicate information.

  2. Links to final reports will automatically be stored against the tenancy in MRI Sales & Lettings.

How to set up the integration

To connect your MRI Sales & Lettings account, you will need to request the following information from MRI:

  • your MRI Sales & Lettings url;

  • your MRI Sales & Lettings employee ID numbers;

  • your MRI Sales & Lettings action codes for the appointments you wish to pull through to TouchRight;

  • A list of your properties with their “Prospective Let” references.

We can also set up a screen sharing session with your Account Administrator to obtain this information.

Once those details are received, please send them to TouchRight at support@touchrightsoftware.com and we will do the rest, to enable the connection in your TouchRight account.
