TouchRight integrates with MRI Sales & Lettings, an intuitive sales and lettings solution for any agency with integrated sales, lettings, property management and accounting.

Once the two systems are connected property, landlord, tenant and appointment information will flow from MRI Sales & Lettings into TouchRight, without the need to duplicate information, saving admin time. Plus links to final reports will automatically be stored against the tenancy in MRI Sales & Lettings.

What does the connection allow?

MRI Sales & Lettings is an intuitive sales and lettings solution for any agency with integrated sales, lettings, property management and accounting.

  1. Property, landlord, tenant and appointment information will flow from MRI Sales & Lettings into TouchRight, without the need to duplicate information.

  2. Links to final reports will automatically be stored against the tenancy in MRI Sales & Lettings.

How to use the integration

  • Once connected, use your MRI Sales & Lettings diary to schedule your appointments, making sure to select the appointment types that you specified in TouchRight.

  • Then go to your TouchRight dashboard and click on Properties > Appointments then ‘Sync with Back Office Provider’.

  • All appointments for the next 14 days will be synced, and the property/tenant/landlord records will be created in TouchRight automatically.

  • Then simply edit the ‘provisional’ appointments and select the Report Type and Template.

The appointments will then be ready to be synced to the app, or converted into a report.
