The TouchRight app for iOS is designed to run on devices using iOS 14.0 or later. It’s compatible with any iPhone or 7th generation (or newer) iPad capable of running this version of the operating system or higher. Most modern Apple devices meet these minimum requirements.
To get the best experience and ensure your device meets the minimum requirements, please check the following:
Operating system: Your device must be running iOS 14.0 or later.
Supported devices: TouchRight works on iPhones and 7th generation or newer iPads that can run iOS 14.0+.
App availability: The app is available for download directly from the Apple App Store.
Dictation and speech-to-text: The app supports iOS dictation features, allowing you to use built-in speech-to-text functionality for quicker report writing.
Check your iOS version: On your device, go to Settings > General > About to see your current iOS version.
Confirm compatibility: If your iPhone or iPad runs iOS 14.0 or higher, you’ll be able to download and use the TouchRight app from the App Store.
For a smoother reporting experience, we recommend devices with at least 4GB RAM and an 8MP or higher camera, whether you’re using iOS or Android.
