The Core Plan (Up to 12 Reports) Ideal for the Solo Inspector. If you manage a small portfolio or handle 2 or 3 reports a week, this ensures you stop the manual typing grind without overcommitting.
The Pro Plan (Up to 40 Reports) Built for Daily Inspections. This is for full time clerks who are in the field every day and need a reliable capacity to keep their workflow moving.
The Expert Plan (Up to 105 Reports) For High Volume Scale. This is the choice for agencies and HMO managers with regular inspections or very large student let seasons.
You will notice we say "Up to" a certain number of reports. This is because ReportAssist does not just count a report as one credit. Instead, it measures the AI processing power (Clicks) you actually use.
How it works Every time you ask the AI to describe a room or analyse a photo, it uses a small amount of data. A simple studio might use very few clicks, while a five bedroom mansion with complex descriptions will use more.
The Pro Tip for Max Efficiency The AI is incredibly smart and it does not need 15 photos of the same hallway to understand it has beige carpets and white walls. To make your reports stretch further:
Use 1 Anchor Photo: Upload one clear and representative photo for the AI to generate the description.
Add Evidence Photos Later: Once the AI has written the text, manually add your supplementary photos like close ups of sockets or light switches. This gives you a high detail report while only using the clicks for one AI analysis.

The Stop Loss (Your Automatic Shield) Every plan has a pre-set Stop Loss limit. If your usage reaches this ceiling, the AI will automatically shut off until your next month’s reset. This ensures you are never hit with a bill you did not plan for. You can work with total peace of mind knowing the system is watching the budget for you.
Rolling Usage (Your Momentum Builder) Is it a busy month? If you hit your Stop Loss but have more work to do, you can opt in to Rolling Usage.
This keeps the AI turned on so your work never has to stop.
Rolling Usage is priced at a flat rate which is separate from your bundle rate.
Any extra usage is simply totalled up and invoiced at the end of the month.
If you manage a team, you have the ultimate say over how your budget is spent. You have the ability to restrict AI usage by asking us to turn certain things off. You can restrict access to App-only, Dashboard-only or both.
When you restrict access, it is instantly enforced across both the Mobile App and the Web Dashboard. This prevents any accidental usage in the field and ensures your monthly capacity is used only by the components you authorise.
