Reconnecting a Property to your CRM

If your TouchRight account is connected with agentOS, Reapit or SME Professional, you may have disconnected a property temporarily to update the property or tenant/landlord details.

You should then reconnect the property with agentOS, Reapit or SME Professional so that the property record does not get duplicated when you next sync with your back office.

Here are the steps:

  • In TouchRight, click on My Account>Integrations (please note: this can only be done by the Account Owner).

  • Locate the area for your agentOS, Reapit or SME Professional connection and click the 'Manage Properties' button as shown below).

This will run a matching process:

Match
  • Once completed, you will see a list of your TouchRight properties, the corresponding property in your back office, and the 'match type' showing whether the property is:

    • Already matched

    • Partially matched

    • Unmatched

  • To view the 'partially matched' properties, use the 'match type' dropdown. You will see the partial matches that have been made. If the list is correct, click the 'confirm' button.

  • If the matched property is incorrect and needs to be changed, click the 'pencil' icon, locate the correct property and then click 'Match'. Then press the 'confirm' button.

  • To view the 'unmatched' properties, use the 'match type' dropdown. You will see the unmatched properties in a list. Click the 'pencil' icon, locate the correct property and click 'Match'. Then press the 'confirm' button.
