Disconnecting a property from my CRM

Once a property in TouchRight has been connected/matched with agentOS, Reapit or SME Professional, some details for that property are no longer editable in TouchRight (i.e. property address) as agentOS becomes the 'master' system.

However it is possible to manually 'disconnect' a property to change some details. This will also allow you to manually add tenant and landlord details against the property if required.

Here are the steps:

  • Find the property in TouchRight, click the pencil next to the property to edit and then click the 'disconnect' button as shown below, then confirm the disconnect. You can then edit the property details if required, and the reconnect the property to agentOS - this link explains how.

Capture

  • If you want to manually add a tenant or a landlord to the property, then refresh your page and scroll down below the property address and you will see the 'Add Tenancy' and 'Add Landlord' buttons as shown below.

  • Click the relevant button to start the process. This link explains how.

  • Once the tenant or landlord details have been added, the property can be reconnected to agentOS. This link explains how.
