Sending an Alert from the app

Discreetly send an alert notification from within the TouchRight app.

  1. On the app main dashboard screen, click the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner.

  2. The red and amber alerts will be visible at the top of the page.

  3. Select your required alert and confirm to send. Please note that any device used for sending alerts must have ‘location services’ enabled, and must have a data connection at the time when an alert is sent.

Once the message has been sent, the chosen recipients will receive an email with the notification:

Alerts received are logged and tracked in the Lone Worker area for reference (tap the Alert Log banner to view the log:
