Create a customised alert

Create customised templates for your lone worker alerts.

There are standard/default red and amber alert templates, but you can edit these or add a new alert template if required.

  • Click ‘Account’ in the left hand side menu and select 'Lone Worker’ from the drop-down menu.

  • Scroll down to the ‘Alert Templates’ banner and click the 'Add Alert Template' on the right hand side.

  • Select your Alert type from the dropdown menu.

  • Customise an alert by typing into the blank box and using the 'tags' to compile your message.

  • Click Save.
