Reset Your Password

We’ve all been there, forgetting a password happens to the best of us. Don’t worry, resetting your password is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account in just a few minutes.

1. On the TouchRight sign in page, press "forgotten password"

2. Input the email address used for sign in (this is your user login)

3. Check your inbox and you will be sent a link to reset your password

4. Once you have clicked the link, you will be prompted to set a new password

5. Once you have set your new password, you can login with your new credentials 

Please note: if you are using a mock email address, you will need to contact support as there will be no inbox for the link to be sent to.
