Schedule an appointment in the app

You don't have to wait until you are back in the office to schedule a new appointment. Provided you have an internet connection you can do it on the go.

Open the TouchRight app and click the plus button to start scheduling your appointment:

Tap inside the property field and select the relevant property address from the dropdown list or type into the field to locate the property quicker.

Next select the:

• report type - this will be the report name

• report template - this will determine the layout of your report

If you have previously completed the same report template at the same property you can select the linking option.

Remember to click Save in the top right corner.
