Disable, edit or delete report names

The 'report name' is the title of the report you are creating, and will be displayed on any PDF reports that are downloaded.

It's possible to use the default report names that are in the dashboard, plus you can create your own report names and disable any that you may not want to use or make available when scheduling an appointment.

This is useful if you are only using TouchRight for specific reports e.g. mid term or inspection reports, and have no need to use other report names, like an Inventory Report.

To access the report names

  • Select 'Reports' from the left hand side menu and then click 'Report Names' from the dropdown menu.

  • In the Actions column, you'll notice a 'x' which allows you to disable a name.

  • Once you click the button, the name will change colour to indicate it has been disabled.

  • Report Names can easily be re-enabled in the future by clicking the 'tick' button.

  • Click the 'pencil' to edit a report name, or use the bin icon to delete any customised report names if no longer required.



Please note: report names can only be deleted if they have not been used.
