Permission to send emails to Landlords

To email reports and appointments to Landlords from TouchRight you must indicate that they have given you permission to do so.

You can do this by editing the Landlord and selecting 'Yes, the landlord has given permission'.

If you have received permission from all your Landlords then the Account Owner is able to opt in all Landlords in one go.

• This can be done by selecting 'Landlords' from the left hand side menu and choosing 'Manage Landlords'.

• Then click the Permissions button located in the grey Landlords header.

If you are about to email a report to a Landlord, then you will need to click the link where it states 'ensure you have indicated you have permission here' and then click the button 'Yes, the landlord has given permission' (see below).

Until permissions have been given, you will be unable to email reports to the Landlord from TouchRight.
