Add photos to a report
You can photos to a report wherever the photos option has been added to the report template.
There are two ways you can add photos into your report.
Tap on the camera icon to open up the live camera for you to add single or multiple photos.
Tap on the images icon to open up the camera roll on your device, for you to easily select multiple photos to add to your report.
Please note: If you choose to add photos from your camera roll, those photos will be dated/timed according to the date/time they were actually taken.
On Apple devices, if adding photos from the camera roll, you can tap as many photos as you need to add, and then press the 'Select' button (as shown below). You can also access the live camera by pressing the grey camera icon, and once a photo is taken it will automatically add it to the camera roll and select it to add into your report.
On Android devices, you can press and hold to select your first image, and then select as many other photos as you need, and then press the 'Open' button to add them to your report.
Please note: on Android devices, if you want access to more of your camera settings when you take a photo, you can switch back into normal camera mode in the app by going to the app dashboard, tapping the settings cog, and then turning off the 'Use TouchRight camera' option. This will switch back the camera into single shot mode, but with more settings options.
Once a photo has been added, it can be deleted by tapping the 'x' button next to the photo.
