Display previous report information in my downloaded report

The 'linking' feature allows you to take the previous report information with you when completing your report, so that you can see what you said last time for comparison purposes.

Once you have edited and finalised your report on the dashboard you have a number of options to download your PDF.

Create a Full Comparison Report - if you want to compare your previous report and new report, then make sure this is set to 'yes'. The report will include your full previous report contents and photos, together with your new report contents and photos, so that a 'before and after' comparison can be made. Previous report information and photos for each question/item will be shown below your new report information and photos.

Create a Changes Only Report - choose 'yes' to this option and 'no' to 'full comparison' to produce a report only displaying the parts of report where things have changed between your previous report and new report. This will create a shorter report, just showing items that have changed.

Linked Report Shading - if you want to display your previous report comments and photos shaded in a pale grey to make it easier to review the report, you can set this (see example report below). It is not set as default - it can be enabled in the Account>Settings screen under 'Linked Report Shading'.

Highlighting Changed Inventory Items - if an item, description, condition or notes inventory item has been changed or edited when a report is linked, you now choose to show those items in bold/underlined, to make it easier to review the report (see example report below). This setting can be enabled when you download your report.
