Can I customise my report template in the app?
You can configure your report directly in the app without needing to access the dashboard.
Login to the TouchRight App.
Locate the relevant appointment.
Tap on the "clipboard" icon.
All rooms/sections will be displayed in a list view.
Tap 'Customise Report' to configure the report so you can re-order, hide and rename rooms.
Tap the “eye” icon to hide and unhide rooms. Hidden rooms will be greyed out.
Simply tap the “eye” again to bring them back.
This information is remembered for next appointment you create for this property using this template.
Reorder the rooms by dragging them into a different order, using the three parallel lines.
Tap on the room/section name to change the name if required.
If you notice a section missing from the report template when you go out to a property it could be that the last time you used that template at that property you may have hidden it.
Tap the 'customise report' button and view the hidden sections, then tap the eye to unhide any you would like to use in your report.
